About Me
My name is Scott DeWalt. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, families, children, and couples. Much of my experience has been in the child welfare system and therapeutic arenas. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, mindfulness, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and men’s/fatherhood issues.
I am a strengths-based, solution-focused therapist, and trained to provide EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy(KAP), and psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Clinical Mental Health Therapy
The type or modality of therapy I work with depends entirely on your individual needs and goals. We will work together to determine what works best for you. I am trained in Mindfulness, EMDR, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
Psychedelic Therapy
I’m grateful to be offering this treatment for my clients and as an adjunct provider for clients who have established care with another therapist. I am certified in multiple medicines and licensed by the state of Colorado to provide natural medicine facilitation.

Founder/Executive Director
In 2021, I began offering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). I quickly learned that it required a doctor’s assistance, was expensive, and was out of reach financially for many who needed it most. In 2022, I founded a nonprofit (TheraPsych) to help make KAP more accessible. As of 2026, TheraPsych now owns a building and a Natural Medicine Healing Center (Elevated). We have a strong 10-person board of directors.
